Description

A creamy and delicious pumpkin ice cream perfect for fall.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1/4 tsp ginger

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, milk, and sugar until sugar dissolves.
  2. Add pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger. Stir well.
  3. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions.
  4. Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
