Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp active dry yeast
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, yeast, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl.
- Add pumpkin puree, milk, melted butter, and egg. Knead into a smooth dough.
- Cover and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Punch down dough and shape into a loaf. Place in a greased pan.
- Let rise again for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool before slicing.
Notes
- Use fresh pumpkin puree for best results.
- Adjust sugar based on preference.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
