- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup mochiko flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix pumpkin puree, mochiko flour, sugar, coconut milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until firm.
- Let it cool before cutting into squares.
