A creamy and light dessert made with pumpkin puree, layered with whipped cream for a festive treat.

- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
Instructions
- Mix pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Fold half of the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture.
- Layer the pumpkin mousse and remaining whipped cream in glasses.
- Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

- Use chilled heavy cream for best whipping results.
- Adjust sugar to taste.
