- 1/2 cup milk

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, sugars, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl.
- Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- Fold in pumpkin puree and chopped pecans.
- Pour batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
