Description
Pumpkin pie jello shots combine the flavors of pumpkin pie with the fun of jello shots. Perfect for fall parties or Halloween.

- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup whipped cream vodka
- 1 cup vanilla vodka
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
- 3 packets unflavored gelatin
- Whipped cream for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Combine water and gelatin in a bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Heat pumpkin puree, brown sugar, and pumpkin pie spice in a saucepan over medium heat for 3 minutes.
- Add gelatin mixture to the saucepan and stir until dissolved.
- Remove from heat and stir in both vodkas.
- Pour into shot glasses and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Top with whipped cream before serving if desired.
Notes
- Use fresh pumpkin puree for best flavor.
- Adjust vodka amounts for stronger or milder shots.
- Let set fully before serving for best texture.
