- 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, protein powder, and Greek yogurt until smooth.
- Add cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Stir well.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness with more or less maple syrup.
