A creamy and protein-rich pumpkin pudding that’s perfect for a healthy dessert or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, protein powder, and Greek yogurt until smooth.
  2. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Stir well.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
