- 8 fresh sage leaves

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Melt butter in a pan over medium heat until it turns golden brown.
- Add sage leaves and cook for 30 seconds.
- Stir in pumpkin puree, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
- Toss cooked pasta with the sauce.
- Top with Parmesan cheese before serving.
