Description

A creamy rice pudding flavored with pumpkin spice for a cozy fall treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup white rice
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Instructions

  1. Rinse rice under cold water.
  2. In a pot, combine rice, milk, and cinnamon stick. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add pumpkin puree, sugar, and pumpkin spice. Stir well.
  5. Cook for another 10 minutes until thickened.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  7. Serve warm or chilled.

Notes

  • For a richer taste, use whole milk.
  • Adjust sugar to your preference.
  • Garnish with extra cinnamon before serving.
