Description
A creamy rice pudding flavored with pumpkin spice for a cozy fall treat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup white rice
- 4 cups milk
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cinnamon stick
Instructions
- Rinse rice under cold water.
- In a pot, combine rice, milk, and cinnamon stick. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add pumpkin puree, sugar, and pumpkin spice. Stir well.
- Cook for another 10 minutes until thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Serve warm or chilled.
Notes
- For a richer taste, use whole milk.
- Adjust sugar to your preference.
- Garnish with extra cinnamon before serving.
