- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey

- Whipped cream (optional)
Instructions
- Heat milk in a saucepan over medium heat until warm but not boiling.
- Add chai tea and steep for 3-5 minutes.
- Remove tea bag or strain loose leaves.
- Whisk in pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract.
- Simmer for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Pour into a mug and top with whipped cream if desired.
