Description

A creamy, spiced foam topping perfect for your favorite cold drinks.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Chill a mixing bowl and whisk in the freezer for 5 minutes.
  2. Pour heavy cream into the bowl and whisk until soft peaks form.
  3. Add powdered sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk until stiff peaks form.
  5. Spoon the foam over your cold drink and enjoy.

  • Use cold cream for best results.
