Description
Fluffy baked pumpkin spice donuts topped with a spiced maple glaze. A perfect fall treat.

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1–2 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a donut pan.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, brown sugar, milk, oil, egg, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients. Stir until just mixed.
- Spoon batter into the donut pan. Fill each cavity 3/4 full.
- Bake 10-12 minutes. Let cool in pan 5 minutes before transferring to a rack.
- Whisk powdered sugar, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and milk to make the glaze.
- Dip each donut into the glaze. Let set before serving.
Notes
- Use canned pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling.
- Adjust glaze thickness by adding more milk or powdered sugar.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
