Description

Creamy pumpkin spice fudge with warm autumn flavors.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan, melt white chocolate chips and condensed milk over low heat.
  3. Stir in pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, and salt.
  4. Pour mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  5. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
  6. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • Store fudge in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
  • For a stronger pumpkin flavor, add an extra 1/4 tsp of pumpkin pie spice.
