- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a mason jar or bowl, combine oats, milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin spice, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Stir well until all ingredients are fully mixed.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
- Stir before serving and add toppings if desired.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
- For a thicker consistency, use less milk or add chia seeds.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
