Delicious pumpkin spice truffles made with real pumpkin and warm spices.
Ingredients

- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Melt white chocolate chips in a double boiler.
- Mix pumpkin puree, spices, sugar and butter in a bowl.
- Combine melted chocolate with pumpkin mixture.
- Chill for 2 hours until firm.
- Roll into balls and coat with powdered sugar.
Notes
- Store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
- For smoother texture, sift powdered sugar before coating.
