Description

Fluffy pumpkin waffles topped with whipped cream and pecans.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Chopped pecans for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your waffle iron.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, whisk pumpkin puree, egg, milk, and melted butter.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
  5. Pour batter onto the waffle iron and cook until golden brown.
  6. Top with whipped cream and pecans.
