A quick and easy homemade version of Hamburger Helper made in one skillet.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
- Stir in beef broth, milk, macaroni, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 12-15 minutes until pasta is tender.
- Stir in shredded cheese until melted.
- Serve hot.

- Use lean ground beef for less grease.
- Substitute any pasta shape you prefer.
- Add vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms if desired.
