A quick and delicious shrimp scampi with linguine that’s perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

- 8 oz linguine
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook linguine according to package instructions.
- Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Stir in white wine and chicken broth, simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to coat.
- Garnish with parsley and Parmesan cheese.
- Serve immediately.
