Ingredients

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber, grated and drained
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dried dill
Instructions
- Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess moisture.
- Mix yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and dill in a bowl.
- Stir until well combined.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For thicker dip, use strained Greek yogurt.
- Adjust garlic and salt to taste.
- Serve with pita bread or veggies.
