Description

A refreshing and quick tzatziki dip perfect for snacks or appetizers.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cucumber, grated and drained
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dried dill

Instructions

  1. Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess moisture.
  2. Mix yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and dill in a bowl.
  3. Stir until well combined.
  4. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For thicker dip, use strained Greek yogurt.
  • Adjust garlic and salt to taste.
