- 2 cups diced apples
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- 2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Clean the goose and pat dry.
- Mix apples, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, sage, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Stuff the goose cavity with the apple mixture.
- Brush melted butter over the skin.
- Place goose on a roasting rack.
- Roast for 2.5-3 hours or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let rest for 15 minutes before carving.
