Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
  5. Whisk balsamic vinegar and honey.
  6. Drizzle over roasted sprouts and toss.
  7. Serve warm.
