Description

Crispy roasted potatoes with garlic and Parmesan cheese.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs baby potatoes, halved
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and rosemary.
  3. Spread potatoes evenly on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 35-40 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over potatoes and roast for 5 more minutes.
  6. Serve warm.

  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor.
  • Add red pepper flakes for extra heat.
  • Leftovers can be reheated in the oven.
