Ingredients
Scale
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp active dry yeast
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup warm water
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
- Add warm water and olive oil, knead into a dough.
- Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant, then mix with rosemary.
- Roll dough into small balls, coat with garlic-rosemary mixture.
- Arrange balls in a greased loaf pan, let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes.
- Brush with melted butter before serving.
