Description

A simple and flavorful snack of nuts roasted with rosemary and spices. Perfect for parties or as a healthy treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts)
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix nuts with olive oil, rosemary, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Spread nuts evenly on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway.
  5. Let cool before serving.
