Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Form into small meatballs.
- Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook meatballs until browned on all sides, then remove from skillet.
- Cook egg noodles in beef broth until tender.
- Mix cornstarch and water, then stir into skillet to thicken the sauce.
- Return meatballs to skillet and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.

- Use lean ground beef for less grease.
- Substitute egg noodles with pasta of your choice.
