Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season salmon with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Grill or pan-sear salmon for 3-4 minutes per side.
  3. Flake salmon into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Warm tortillas.
  5. Assemble tacos with salmon, avocado, cabbage, red onion, and cilantro.
  6. Drizzle lime juice over tacos.
