Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, then mix well.
- Gradually fold in dry ingredients until combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough into balls, roll in powdered sugar, and place on baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, then sprinkle with sea salt while warm.
Notes
