- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/2 pound sausage
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook sausage in a skillet until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Separate biscuit dough into individual biscuits. Cut each into quarters.
- Combine cooked sausage, cheese, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Press sausage mixture into each biscuit quarter. Shape into balls.
- Place on baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Use hot sausage for extra spice.
- Store leftovers in airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in microwave for 20 seconds.
