Description

Easy-to-make sausage biscuit bites perfect for breakfast or snacks.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/2 pound sausage
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook sausage in a skillet until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Separate biscuit dough into individual biscuits. Cut each into quarters.
  4. Combine cooked sausage, cheese, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  5. Press sausage mixture into each biscuit quarter. Shape into balls.
  6. Place on baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

  • Use hot sausage for extra spice.
  • Store leftovers in airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat in microwave for 20 seconds.
