- 12 mini bell peppers, halved and seeded
- 1/2 pound ground sausage
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook sausage until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Mix cooked sausage with cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Fill each mini pepper half with the sausage mixture.
- Place stuffed peppers on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until peppers are tender.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use mild or spicy sausage based on preference.
- Substitute cheddar with mozzarella or pepper jack cheese.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
