Instructions
- Wash and shave the Brussels sprouts thinly using a knife or mandoline.
- Thinly slice the apple and chop the walnuts.
- In a large bowl, combine the shaved Brussels sprouts, apple slices, and walnuts.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
