- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss chicken with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place chicken on a sheet pan.
- In a bowl, mix vegetables with remaining olive oil and spread them around the chicken.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove pan, brush chicken with BBQ sauce, and bake for 10 more minutes.
- Serve hot.
