- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 2 cups broccoli florets
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat chicken breasts with half of the mixture.
- Toss potatoes and broccoli with the remaining mixture.
- Arrange chicken, potatoes, and broccoli on a sheet pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve warm.
