A simple and delicious lasagna made on a sheet pan for easy serving and cleanup.
Ingredients

- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of meat sauce on a greased sheet pan.
- Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, and meat sauce. Repeat layers.
- Top with remaining mozzarella.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use no-boil lasagna noodles to save time.
- Add spinach or mushrooms for extra veggies.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
