Description

A simple and delicious lasagna made on a sheet pan for easy serving and cleanup.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, mix ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  6. Spread a thin layer of meat sauce on a greased sheet pan.
  7. Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, and meat sauce. Repeat layers.
  8. Top with remaining mozzarella.
  9. Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
  10. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use no-boil lasagna noodles to save time.
  • Add spinach or mushrooms for extra veggies.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
