A quick and healthy meal with teriyaki-glazed salmon and roasted broccoli on a single sheet pan.
Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic powder, and ginger powder in a bowl.
- Place salmon and broccoli on a lined sheet pan.
- Brush salmon with teriyaki sauce and drizzle remaining sauce over broccoli.
- Toss broccoli with olive oil.
- Bake for 15 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.

- Use parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Adjust honey for sweetness preference.
- Substitute maple syrup for honey if needed.
