Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix teriyaki sauce, honey, garlic powder, ginger, and black pepper.
- Place salmon fillets and vegetables on a sheet pan.
- Brush salmon and vegetables with the teriyaki mixture.
- Drizzle olive oil over vegetables and toss to coat.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until salmon is cooked through.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
