- 1 lb fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup lime juice
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 small red onion, finely diced
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 avocado, diced
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Cook shrimp in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain and cool.
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, lime juice, and lemon juice. Let marinate for 20 minutes.
- Add red onion, tomato, jalapeño, and cilantro. Mix well.
- Gently fold in avocado.
- Season with salt and serve chilled.

- Marinate shrimp in citrus juice for at least 20 minutes to ensure proper cooking.
