A warm and spiced slow cooker mulled cranberry juice, perfect for cold days.
Ingredients

- 4 cups cranberry juice
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 4 whole cloves
- 2 star anise
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 2 hours.
- Strain the mixture to remove spices and orange slices.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness with more or less honey.
- For a stronger spice flavor, cook longer.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
