Instructions
- Pour milk and heavy cream into the slow cooker.
- Whisk in sugar, cocoa powder, and salt until smooth.
- Add chocolate chips and stir.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Once heated through, stir in vanilla and peppermint extracts.
- Serve hot, topped with whipped cream and crushed candy canes if desired.
