Description

Soft and fluffy pumpkin dinner rolls perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup warm milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add pumpkin puree, melted butter, and egg. Stir well.
  3. Gradually add flour and salt. Knead until smooth.
  4. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
  5. Divide dough into 12 pieces. Shape into rolls.
  6. Place rolls on a baking sheet. Let rise for 30 minutes.
  7. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 15-20 minutes.
