Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup warm milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Add pumpkin puree, melted butter, and egg. Stir well.
- Gradually add flour and salt. Knead until smooth.
- Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Divide dough into 12 pieces. Shape into rolls.
- Place rolls on a baking sheet. Let rise for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 15-20 minutes.

- Let dough rise in a warm place.
- Brush rolls with melted butter after baking for extra softness.
