Description

Creamy mashed potatoes with sour cream and fresh chives for extra flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
  2. Drain potatoes and return to the pot.
  3. Add sour cream, milk, butter, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mash until smooth.
  5. Stir in chopped chives.
  6. Serve warm.
