- 4 hoagie rolls
- 8 crispy chicken tenders (store-bought or homemade)
- 8 slices of bacon, cooked
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup honey mustard sauce
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce (optional)
- Dill pickles (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the hoagie rolls and place two crispy chicken tenders in each roll.
- Drizzle honey mustard sauce over the chicken tenders, followed by barbecue sauce if using.
- Top each sandwich with two slices of bacon and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the sandwiches.
- Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet and bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with dill pickles if desired, and serve warm.
