- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 large eggs, beaten

- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, sauté celery and onion in butter until soft.
- In a bowl, mix crumbled cornbread, sautéed vegetables, eggs, broth, salt, pepper, sage, and thyme.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
