Description

A moist and flavorful bundt cake infused with warm spices and fresh apples.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan.
  2. Whisk flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cream butter and sugar until light. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
  4. Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
  5. Fold in apples and walnuts.
  6. Pour batter into pan. Bake 45-50 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
