Delicious spiced pumpkin pie bars with a buttery crust and creamy filling.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin puree
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes, then remove from oven.
- In a bowl, whisk pumpkin puree, condensed milk, eggs, and spices until smooth.
- Pour filling over crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until set.
- Let cool before slicing into bars.
Notes
- Use pure pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling.
- Let bars cool completely for cleaner slices.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
