Ingredients

- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 package (8 count) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green chilies, garlic powder, cumin, and cayenne pepper.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
- Spoon 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture onto each triangle.
- Roll dough into crescent shapes, sealing edges.
- Place on a baking sheet and brush with egg wash.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust cayenne pepper for more or less heat.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in the oven for best texture.
