Description

A tangy and spicy relish made with fresh jalapeños, perfect for adding heat to sandwiches, tacos, or grilled meats.


Ingredients

  • 10 fresh jalapeños, finely chopped
  • 1 medium onion, finely diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
  3. Reduce heat to low and cook for 15 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
