Grilled shrimp skewers with a sweet and spicy mango glaze.
Ingredients

- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a blender, combine mango, olive oil, garlic, honey, red pepper flakes, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
- Thread shrimp onto skewers and brush with half of the mango glaze.
- Grill skewers for 2-3 minutes per side, basting with remaining glaze.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use fresh mango for the best flavor.
- Adjust red pepper flakes to control spiciness.
- Soak skewers for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
