Instructions

- Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full and bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Cool cupcakes completely before frosting.
- Pipe chocolate frosting onto cupcakes.
- Use white icing to draw concentric circles for the web.
- Drag a toothpick from the center outward to create web lines.
