Ingredients

- 1 cup roasted peanuts
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup melted white chocolate (for spider web design)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine sugar, corn syrup, and water in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
- Continue cooking without stirring until mixture reaches 300°F on a candy thermometer.
- Remove from heat and quickly stir in peanuts, baking soda, vanilla, and salt.
- Pour mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly.
- Let cool slightly, then drizzle melted white chocolate in a spider web pattern.
- Allow to cool completely before breaking into pieces.
