Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix spinach, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  5. Serve warm with chips, bread, or vegetables.

Notes

  • You can use frozen spinach, but make sure to thaw and drain it well.
